(Born On Our Family Farm Located Near Canton, Tx. Prior To Wwii, Served As A Principal In East Texas Where He Met My Mother. During Wwii, "Pop" Worked As A Technician With Scientists At Mit'S Radiation "Rad" Lab To Develop Radar. Once Developed, He Was Reassigned To Boca Raton, Fl Where He Taught The B-17 Pilots And Bombadiers How To Use Radar To Bomb German Factories. Bill Taught Civics At Bryan Adams From 1957 Until Around 1976. As A Little Boy In The 1960s, He Would Take Me To All The Ba Football And Basketball Games. Great Memories! He Loved The Friday Morning "Pep" Assemblies. Bill Died In London The Night Before He And My Uncle Were Scheduled To Begin A Two Week Tour Of Wwii Sites. He Was A Good Father And Teacher, And Loved Each Of His Students. He Used To Let Me Grade The Multiple Choice Questions On His Tests.)

(Dear Former Students Of Bryan Adams High School,
My Father, Mr.Samuel Lowe, Passed Away At The Age Of 84 Last Monday
Evening, October 20th. He Loved Teaching And Especially His Students. He
Taught At Ba From The Late 1950s Through The Spring Semester Of 1969. Some
Of You May Also Remember Him From His Second Career, After Teaching At Ba,
As A Manager At Sterling Jewelry On Northwest Hwy.
A Funeral Service Is Being Held For Him Come This Saturday Afternoon
October 25th At Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home At The Corner Garland And Easton
Roads At 1:00pm. Afterwards, There Is A Graveside Service At 3:30pm At
Memoryland Memorial Park Near Greenville, Texas Where He Will Be Laid To
Rest Next To My Mother. Also, A Visitation Will Be Held At The Funeral Home
This Friday Evening From 6:00 To 8:00pm. His Obituary Is Currently In The
Dallas Morning News Online And In The Newspaper Itself.
I Have Placed Some Old Photographs Of Him With Some Of His Students And
A Copy Of A Article About Him From The Cougar Chronicle On A Dvd That Will
Be Shown At The Funeral. One Picture Of Him Is Very Touching As He Is Seated
Next To Mrs.Cohen With Some Students In The Background.
I Want To Thank You All For Being A Part Of My Dad'S Life.
